We represent the major European producers and users of bisphenols.
Bisphenols Europe is a Sector Group of Cefic, the European Chemical Industry Council. Bisphenols are a family of chemicals used mainly as intermediates to make high-performance thermoplastics and thermosets, such as epoxy resins, polycarbonate and phenolics.
The group brings together eight member companies and eight associated members, and works with authorities, value-chain partners and scientists on the safe use of bisphenols.
